Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number to follow your package.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Standard shipping usually takes 6–17 business days, depending on the destination and the logistics provider.
International Orders
We provide worldwide shipping through trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are collected by local customs and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Depending on your location, we may ship orders using the following logistics providers:
USPS / UPS / FedEx (United States)
DHL Express / Aramex (International express shipping)
EMS / ePacket (Standard international shipping)
The logistics provider is automatically selected based on destination, order size, and service availability.
Address Change
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team at care@vnkiaac.com
as soon as possible.
Once an order has been handed over to the logistics provider, the shipping address can no longer be modified.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order by contacting Customer Service within 24 hours of order confirmation.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the package.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the logistics notification. Our team will assist you in filing a claim or following up with the logistics provider.
