Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags and original packaging intact.

Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.

Return Shipping

We cover shipping costs for quality issues or incorrect shipments.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for all other reasons.

Exchanges

If your size doesn't fit or you'd like to change the color/style, you may request an exchange within 30 days.

Exchanges must also be in new, unworn condition.

If the item you requested is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Exchanges may incur a price difference or additional shipping charges (depending on the situation).

Refunds

We will issue refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

How to request a return or exchange

1. Contact our Customer Service team at care@vnkiaac.com

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

2. Return the item securely with the original packaging.

4. Once we confirm the item's condition, we will arrange a refund or exchange as soon as possible.
