1. Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?


You can cancel or modify your order by contacting Customer Service within 24 hours of placing an order.


If your order has already entered the shipping process, you cannot modify or cancel it. However, you can request a return after receiving the item.


3. How do I track my order?


Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping tracking number. You can check the delivery status in real time on our official shipping website.


4. Do you offer free shipping?


We offer free standard shipping on all orders.


5. How long does it take for your order to ship?


All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.


You will receive a tracking email after shipping.


6. Can I change my shipping address?


If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.


Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

8. What is your return and exchange policy?


We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in new, unworn condition.

10. How long does a refund take?
